As a Detail Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our Merchandising Buying team—playing a dynamic role in shaping product assortments that define our brand. You’ll partner with talented teams across the company, manage vital product data, and contribute directly to an exceptional customer experience. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help bring innovative products to life for our customers!
Key Responsibilities
Detail: Ensure accuracy of product information (SKU attributes, descriptions)
Organization Expert: Coordinate samples, orders, and planogram setup
Support omnichannel operations by partnering with Ecommerce to get products online
Reporting: Maintain and update departmental reports and purchase order logs
Supply Management: Manage annual sample inventory and live merchandise kiosk inventory
Communication is key: Communicate consistently with internal partners (sample room, DC, AP, QA, etc.)
Facilitate buyer sample process and prepare products for executive meetings
Grow and learn: Participate in trend discussions and help create trend boards
Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies and product quality issues
Work on special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus, but we’re all about unique backgrounds and fresh perspectives
Meticulous, highly organized, and thrives in collaborative team settings
Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing
Resourceful problem‑solver who tackles challenges head‑on
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), RMS, Business Objects, and internal platforms
Hybrid work schedule on a rotating monthly basis, local to Akron, OH.
Comfortable working in metal‑free areas to support company security protocols
