As a Security Professional – Armed Patrol Specialist Healthcare in

Willingboro, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Your visible presence and commitment to service will support peace of mind for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned locations, you will deter security‑related incidents and foster a secure environment. Your duties include routine patrols, engaging positively with on‑site individuals, and responding promptly to incidents.

DayTime Mon 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.

Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points in accordance with location policies.

Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately according to Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Remain alert and report any unusual activity to the appropriate authorities or site management.

What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company.

Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.

Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by state and/or local regulations.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Subject to a drug screen, as permitted by law.

Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
