Marketing Coordinator II

Overview Join Skanska’s marketing team to help deliver projects that improve communities and support our operations and business development teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Produce proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and presentation materials.
Assist with minor business development efforts and event planning.
Implement concepts for and produce collateral materials.
Manage local database responsibilities.
Interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.
Day in the Life
Meet with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives.
Develop layouts for proposals in InDesign and input information.
Interview project team members for value‑added information to improve proposal responses.
Update resumes and project sheets.
Manage project/personnel database in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Three to five years of marketing experience in the AEC industry or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to different communication styles.
Team‑player mindset and willingness to learn.
Excellent skills in time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.
Understanding of the AEC industry and marketing fundamentals.
Creativity and problem‑solving skills.
Determination and dependability.
Physical Requirements Office work requiring frequent sitting, walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Repetitive computer use may involve hand and wrist motions. Must navigate job sites and comply with safety regulations. Work is deadline‑driven and may require overtime.
