The Role You'll Play As a trusted consultant in an upscale, boutique retail setting, you will engage clients with a graceful, professional approach, ensuring they feel confident and well‑informed throughout their shopping journey. Your role is to provide concierge‑level service with expertise and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high‑end customer experience: Welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism.
Consultative sales approach: Use product knowledge and training to make personalized, thoughtful recommendations.
Maintain a boutique atmosphere: Keep the store immaculate, well‑organized, and reflective of our luxury brand.
Uphold professional standards: Adhere to our polished dress code and service expectations.
Achieve sales goals: Drive individual and team sales objectives through expert consultation.
