Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone - the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Development
Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening and transfer requests
Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate client records and streamline processes by updating SOPs
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies (MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Competitive hourly wage $21.38 - $22.71
