Base pay range: $24.71/hr – $36.30/hr.
Responsibilities
Drafting various healthcare agreements, including Medical Director Agreements.
Drafting correspondence.
Participating in agreement review process and maintaining spreadsheets to track progress.
Supporting administrative reporting requirements of the Ops Force team.
Working directly with field support to obtain critical information for drafting agreements.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Supporting team members on special projects as needed.
Establishing a collaborative working relationship with members of the Ops Force team, the broader legal team, and business clients.
Developing and executing various special assignments.
Participating in process improvements and establishing best‑demonstrated practices.
Attending team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required.
Following teammate guidelines, employment policies, and departmental or company procedures.
Maintaining consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled.
Being an enthusiastic participant in the life of the JLD and JLD committees.
Education & Skills
Associate’s Degree required.
Paralegal Certificate (ABA‑accredited program preferred).
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
