Where And How You’d Work Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. All of our team members work on-site under the same roof. We also offer flexible work schedules to accommodate appointments, family obligations and other needs.

Each team member has a designated workspace with an electronic sit‑stand desk. The campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do In This Role As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll come alongside our RamseyTrusted real estate agents, helping them crush it in their businesses while staying true to the principles that make RamseyTrusted so unique. You’ll be their go‑to guide, holding them accountable to the high standards that keep customers raving about our program. And beyond your first year, this role opens the door to career advancement and significant increases in earning potential through our performance‑based growth track.

You’re Probably a Match If

You’ve got 2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing service, with a proven track record of driving accountability and results

You’re confident on the phone and on screen. You naturally command attention and build trust quickly

You’ve got the ability to influence and hold business professionals to high standards while maintaining respect and rapport

You’re a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator

You’re skilled at leveraging tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM to stay organized and effective

You’re deeply aligned with Ramsey principles and passionate about helping others achieve financial peace

What Winning Looks Like

Lead and facilitate monthly group coaching calls with real estate agents

Communicate regularly with your book of business via Zoom, phone and email

Maintain high monthly retention of client base

Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM

Foster a high level of accountability with clients

Look for ways to help providers thrive and identify opportunities to expand their impact
