Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company is looking for a dynamic Field Brand Ambassador to promote our high‑quality home renovation products and services.
What we offer
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
Average first‑year earnings $50,000–$70,000.
Top reps earn $80,000+ per year.
Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000.
Full‑time and part‑time roles available.
PTO available on Day 1.
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
About the Role In this position, you will:
Engage with potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces.
Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation.
Generate interest and schedule free, in‑home product demonstrations—no selling required.
Represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry.
Use this experience as a stepping‑stone to a career in management or to advance a sales career.
Key Qualifications
No experience required.
Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without.
Self‑motivated individuals who commit what they put in.
Passionate about career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand.
Availability to work afternoons and weekends (currently hiring for 10 am–6 pm shifts Wednesday–Sunday).
Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken, thriving in human interaction.
