Senior Customer Business Manager – Amazon , you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our Amazon US business, with a focus on our Performance Nutrition brands (Optimum Nutrition and BSN). This role is responsible for driving top-line growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Amazon, while shaping the future of our digital commerce strategy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, building and nurturing high-impact relationships with Amazon Retail. Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Sr CBM, Amazon, Sales & Marketing: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Amazon US business for Performance Nurition brands, delivering against revenue, profit, and share growth targets. Own the Amazon customer P&L, including revenue forecasting, trade investment, and profitability management. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Amazon stakeholders to align on joint business plans and unlock growth opportunities. Drive best-in-class eCommerce capabilities across the organization, including digital shelf optimization, content strategy, and conversion improvement. Oversee catalog management for multiple brands, ensuring accuracy in master data, product setup, and enhanced content (A+/B+). Collaborate with supply chain to optimize demand forecasting, inventory management, and in-stock performance. Partner with marketing, retail media, and agency teams to execute integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, affiliate, and merchandising. Define and track KPIs to measure performance and inform strategic decision-making across the organization. Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for Amazon, sharing insights on evolving shopper behavior, platform innovations, and competitive dynamics. Qualifications
What you will bring to GPN: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in CPG sales, ecommerce, marketing, or strategy, with a strong focus on Amazon Retail. Demonstrated success in leading customer negotiations and managing strategic accounts. Experience working in a matrixed organization and leading cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated success in managing complex P&Ls and delivering against aggressive growth targets.
