We’re looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer with MSP experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. If you enjoy being the go-to problem solver for escalated technical issues, thrive on variety, and take pride in creating a great client experience, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, learning, and impact. What You’ll Do Manage escalated tickets and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking environments Support and administer Azure AD (Entra ID), DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term IT stability Document technical processes clearly and contribute to improving internal standards Work alongside a team of skilled engineers to deliver projects and proactive client solutions What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar multi-client environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional client presence A desire to keep growing technically and contribute to a strong, supportive team culture Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive salary and benefits package Full health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays (25 days total) One remote work day per week after onboarding Certification reimbursement and career advancement opportunities A collaborative MSP environment where your work truly makes an impact Seniority level
