We are a growing Managed IT Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses across Monmouth County and the surrounding area. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Azure Entra ID, and Windows environments Configure and maintain desktops, servers, mobile devices, and network components (SonicWall, switches, VPNs) Manage and troubleshoot backups (Datto, Carbonite, Azure) and endpoint security solutions Support and administer Active Directory, group policies, and user permissions Leverage ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) or similar tools for ticketing, monitoring, and remote access Diagnose and remediate malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities Required Experience: At least 1 year of MSP experience Strong Windows desktop/server skills with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP) Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations Knowledge of firewalls, backup solutions, and endpoint protection tools Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Salary and Benefits: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and flexible schedule options Professional development assistance and certification support Seniority level
