Executive Chef opportunity at Chevy Chase Club. Location: Chevy Chase, Maryland. The Executive Chef leads culinary operations, upholds the Club’s standards of excellence, drives innovation, and reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Oversee all culinary operations including à la carte dining, banquets, and member-focused events across multiple venues. Develop menus and recipes; ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team; manage budgets; uphold sanitation and safety standards. Lead and motivate a collaborative team culture aligned with the Club’s standards of excellence. Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to shape the future dining experience and ensure continued success of the Club’s dining program. Qualifications

Minimum of five years in a senior culinary leadership role (Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef) within a private club or luxury hospitality environment. Approximately ten years of progressive culinary experience, or a comparable combination of education and hands-on training. Educational and Certification Qualifications: Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or Pro Chef II certification preferred; degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a plus; food safety certification; allergen certification.
