Century West Engineering is seeking an engineer to lead stormwater design on aviation and municipal engineering projects throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The role involves collaborating with design teams to complete hydrology and hydraulics analysis, designing stormwater conveyance and treatment solutions, preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and supervising the construction of stormwater facilities.
Pay Range $81,000.00/yr - $125,500.00/yr
Responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee construction of stormwater infrastructure improvement projects.
Develop specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Participate in project development meetings with client teams.
Mentor designers and engineers-in-training to strengthen stormwater design knowledge.
Conduct field inspections.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an appropriate discipline.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.
5+ years of stormwater design experience.
Experience with local, regional, and state stormwater manuals.
Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead certification a plus.
Experience working with Civil 3D, SSA, EPASWMM, HEC‑RAS, and HY8.
