How Your Role Makes a Difference As a Key Account Manager, you will manage relationships and strategies for key customer accounts. You will:
Identify and communicate customer account pressures, plans, and problems
Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to develop tailored solutions
Conduct regular account review meetings and update relevant information in our CRM system
Stay current on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and financing options
Ensure customer needs are met and work toward sales objectives
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, and awareness of technology trends
Excellent customer service and relationship skills with current and future decision‑makers
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or a related field
Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to work flexible hours
