How Your Role Makes a Difference As a Key Account Manager at 21st Century Equipment LLC, you manage relationships and strategies for key customer accounts. You identify and communicate customer account pressures, plans, and problems, collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to develop tailored solutions, and conduct regular account review meetings. You keep all relevant customer information updated in our CRM, stay current on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and financing options, and provide solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of agricultural industry experience
Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as technology trends/advancements
Excellent customer service/relationship skills with current and future decision‑makers
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or a discipline related to agriculture or equivalent work experience
Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends
Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to work flexible hours
