Bulk MDU Account Executive
to spearhead growth across the
multi-dwelling unit (MDU)
space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, negotiating complex deals, and driving large-scale service agreements that impact entire communities.
What You’ll Do
Lead the charge in
developing and closing bulk service agreements
with apartment complexes, condo associations, and property management groups.
Build and maintain relationships
with developers, builders, and ownership groups to expand our footprint.
Oversee the
launch and renewal
of internet, Wi-Fi, and related service contracts for properties.
Research and target
competitor-served communities to drive strategic wins.
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Forecast sales, analyze ROI, and contribute
to regional growth strategies.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community meetings.
3+ years of experience in
B2B sales , ideally within
telecom, multifamily housing, or real estate development .
Proven ability to
negotiate contracts
and manage long sales cycles.
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging
C-suite and property executives .
Strategic, analytical thinker with a
hunter’s mindset
and high drive for results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
