Join a Leading HVAC Service Provider and Make an Impact
We’re looking for a driven
Account Manager
to grow our commercial, industrial, and institutional customer base through the sale of
preventive maintenance, controls, and energy service agreements.
If you’re a hunter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies
Conduct presentations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profitable margins
Retain and grow existing accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering consistent follow-up
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success
Keep accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience in HVAC, building services, or related industries
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hunter mentality
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Ability to visit client sites in commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare settings
