Hunt for new leads — cold calls, networking, site visits, etc. Meet with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers. Sell the value of preventative maintenance and long-term service agreements. Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Crush monthly sales targets and earn commissions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (HVAC/Mechanical a plus). Fearless prospecting skills and a hunter mentality. Confidence talking about HVAC systems and maintenance programs. Strong negotiation and closing ability. Self-motivated, driven, and money-hungry. Compensation and Benefits
