Inside Sales Representative - Laboratory
Hourly Pay Range:
$22.00 - $25.00
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth within our laboratory division, connecting with dental professionals through proactive outreach, building new accounts, and expanding relationships with existing customers. You’ll showcase cutting‑edge dental technologies, develop tailored sales strategies, and exceed performance goals in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. With continuous learning opportunities and the chance to attend leading industry events, you’ll stay at the forefront of dental innovation while helping practices deliver exceptional patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primarily makes outbound phone calls to convert new and existing customers to purchase laboratory appliances.
Initiates and creates new sales and accounts to the laboratory and cross/upsell other products.
Meets daily quota of outbound calls, sales metrics, and sales goals.
Develops and implements a sales strategy for growing the laboratory division for Great Lakes Dental Technologies.
Develops and delivers sales information and closes sales in a fast, professional, and effective manner.
Receives and responds to customer complaints.
Continuous education of dental appliances, materials, and technologies to effectively educate and advise dental professionals, ensuring informed product recommendations and successful sales outcomes.
Is willing and able to travel to attend key courses and conventions for Airway and Dental.
Education and/or Experience
Associates degree + preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience
Minimum Requirement for this Job
Minimum of five years progressively responsible sales/marketing experience required (direct customer contact). Must provide proven sales record.
Experience in the dental field is preferred.
Knowledge of splint appliances preferred.
