remote
position based in
RTP, NC . The
Application Configuration Specialist
will manage and optimize software systems by configuring applications, supporting data processes, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with business teams to ensure efficient and compliant system performance. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize application systems by overseeing data configuration, generating reports, and implementing system updates. Maintain and update system elements, including code tables and custom fields, supporting data imports, exports, and migrations. Identify and resolve technical issues related to system workflows, configurations, and data processing challenges. Partner with business stakeholders to interpret technical details and deliver clear, actionable solutions aligned with business needs. Document system modifications and enhancements to ensure traceability, support continuous improvement, and maintain compliance standards. Qualifications:
Extensive experience in software configuration and database scripting using SQL and T-SQL. Proficient in development languages and tools, including C# and XML. Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on problem resolution and process improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly and manage multiple tasks independently. Must be located in North Carolina. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation:
Salary Range: $89,000-$110,000/year (USD) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K. This job opens for applications on 7/9. Applications will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date. Keywords
