About Our Client:

Addison Group is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Contract Receptionist to support our client in Lakewood, CO. This position offers the chance to be the welcoming face of the organization while also assisting with administrative and accounting functions.

Job Description:

The Contract Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional manner. This role also includes clerical and accounts payable support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Sort, open, and distribute mail; date-stamp and organize invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable team
  • Review and reconcile daily financial paperwork and store closeouts
  • Match and file invoices, vendor checks, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or office coordination preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Setting: 100% in-office
  • Type: Contract position (Length is to be determined)
