Structured Finance Associate Attorney (All Levels)
Location:
Charlotte, Chicago, D.C., Houston, or New York Direct Counsel is seeking an
Associate
with
4 to 8 years of experience
to join a
prestigious Am Law 100 firm
and support its
Structured Finance
and
Securitization
practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in
asset-backed securities transactions
and other structured finance areas, such as
warehouse financing
and
asset-based lending . This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney looking to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities
Handle
asset-backed securities transactions
and other
structured finance
matters.
Work on
warehouse financing ,
asset-based lending , and related structured transactions.
Represent financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders in these complex finance transactions.
Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team on large-scale, multi-faceted deals.
Qualifications
Education:
J.D. from a top-tier law school, class of
2017 to 2021 .
Experience:
4-8 years of experience in
structured finance ,
securitization , and
asset-backed securities
transactions.
Skills:
Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience in
structured finance
and
securitization
is required.
Work Environment & Compensation
Salary Range:
$310,000 – $435,000 (compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and firm policies).
