Capital Markets / Structured Finance Associate

to join a

highly regarded law firm

in Charlotte, NC. About the Role:

The firm’s Capital Markets department is looking for a senior associate with at least

5 years of substantial experience

in one or more of the following areas: Repo transactions Asset-backed lending Loan-on-loan financing Securitization Structured finance and structured products Corporate and/or real estate finance Experience with

CRE CLO

is a plus, but not required Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

with strong academic credentials Admission to the North Carolina Bar

(or eligibility for admission) Solid law firm experience

handling complex capital markets and structured finance matters Compensation:

Anticipated annual base salary range:

$390,000 – $460,000 The actual salary will depend on factors such as

qualifications, years of experience, and location This is an
