- Dates/Schedule: Beginning 1/16/26 - FT for 3 months with option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8s or 10s. A call is not required, but it would be extremely valuable.
- Case Mix: General cases, OB listed, and could include some Peds ENT cases. No hearts.
- # of ORs: 15 ORs and 4 endo suites and service to other specialty areas
- Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Active MN License: Yes
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
