Insight Global is hiring: Data Governance Analyst in Charlotte

Position Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive data quality and governance initiatives across its Global Analytics & Insights organization. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working with business data owners and technical teams to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and improve data reliability.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data quality dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to define data quality priorities and reporting needs
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data
• Profile data using Informatica or similar tools
• Document business rules and monitor critical data attributes
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with teams using Databricks or Snowflake to build pipelines and process data
• Track and resolve data quality issues
• Ensure compliance with data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, etc.)

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years in Data Governance , Data Quality , or Information Management
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Informatica or similar profiling tools
• Hands-on with Power BI , Tableau , or other visualization tools
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week

➕ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
• Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks/tools

Compensation (conversion salary): $95,000-110,000/year
