Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a
Senior Data Governance Analyst
to drive data quality and governance initiatives across its Global Analytics & Insights organization. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working with business data owners and technical teams to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and improve data reliability.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain
data quality dashboards
using Power BI or similar tools Partner with business stakeholders to define data quality priorities and reporting needs Use
SQL
to extract and analyze data Profile data using
Informatica
or similar tools Document business rules and monitor critical data attributes Support change management and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with teams using
Databricks
or
Snowflake
to build pipelines and process data Track and resolve data quality issues Ensure compliance with data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, etc.)
Must-Have Skills 35 years in
Data Governance ,
Data Quality , or
Information Management Strong
SQL
skills Experience with
Informatica
or similar profiling tools Hands-on with
Power BI ,
Tableau , or other visualization tools Experience with
Databricks
or
Snowflake Excellent verbal and written communication Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Comfortable working
onsite 5 days/week
Nice-to-Haves Experience with
Master Data Management (MDM) Familiarity with
Data Governance frameworks/tools
Compensation (conversion salary):
$95,000-110,000/year
