Who We Need

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and drive our engineering and technical hiring strategy. The candidate must have deep expertise across the full stack and a track record of scaling high‑performing engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to execute recruiting strategies and support hiring plans for software engineering, data, and technical roles.
• Source and engage technical talent through multiple sourcing channels, building pipelines for current and upcoming openings.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews and coding assessments, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights on compensation trends, role expectations, and competitive landscape to hiring managers and candidates.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3‑5 years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 years recruiting for engineering roles in startups, scale‑ups, or agencies.
• Ability to balance multiple requisitions across different technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated success recruiting core technical roles such as software engineers, data engineers, and technical managers.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with technical candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to track progress and communicate results.
