Base Pay Range

$160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

• Full-cycle recruiting for engineering – from cold outreach to interviews to building a team from scratch.
• Process design: data‑driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount.
• Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values.
• Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, team, and agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals.
• Storytelling: pitch Giga’s mission so convincingly that top talent can’t walk away.
