Role Description This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Garden City, or Rockville Centre, NY, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The therapist will provide individual therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct case management, and offer counseling for various mental health conditions. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-centered care and participate in regular professional development activities.

Qualifications Experience in Treatment Planning and Mental Health Skills in Social Work and Case Management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Licensure as a mental health professional in New York State, OR Provisionally licensed. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR)
