Job Description
Evergreen Center is currently seeking a full
Front Desk Receptionist
for our Central Education Facility in Milford, MA.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience. Answer and direct phone calls; operate the internal paging system and make announcements as needed. Notify staff when day students arrive and coordinate communication if a teacher is unavailable. Take and record daily attendance for all students. Enter and maintain documentation such as restraint forms, attendance, and overnight head checks; organize and file records in designated systems. Complete data entry for online and network databases as assigned. Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks. Record accounts receivable and forward information to the Business Office. Produce and distribute the weekly school publication. Create, replace, and deactivate employee identification badges as needed. Maintain and update front desk reference materials, including the Matrix binder and Friends and Family contact labels. Complete mailings of program notices, documentation, and special occasion communications; compile and maintain mailing lists. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily. Perform errands as needed (may require use of a personal vehicle). Support morning announcements and other internal communications as directed. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required At least one year of experience in clerical functions and general office procedures Valid driver's license Additional Information
