The Boeing Company is currently seeking an
Executive Office Administrator and Facility Security Officer (FSO)
to support all Air Force Field Offices, and as FSO for Dayton, OH Field office.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to balance and adjust competing priorities efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
As Executive Office Administrator:
Supports meetings held with the Air Force Customer in the Boeing Fairborn office conference rooms. Includes security badging as well a room and audio visual set up. Schedules meetings for Boeing Executives and their customer counter parts. Provides support for scheduling and expensing of travel for the Boeing Air Force and Space Force field teams. Supports executives with a wide variety of administrative tasks to include collating inputs for reports and briefings to higher leadership, inputs for future year funding requirements (sponsorships, memberships, office equipment and supplies etc) As FSO
Performs duties of Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Dayton field office and provides security support for other Boeing Field team members that support the Air Force Customer. Executes the security and insider threat programs for Dayton Field Office, conducts annual self-inspections, completes ISCCP requirements to certify self-inspection, and supports DCSA Government Assessments. Implements and complies with all Boeing Security Manual and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) Program Directives. Implements the NISPOM and stays abreast of any changes through the DCSA website. Conducts all security inspections and reports the findings as required Provides monthly Security and Training Education to office personnel. Conducts end of day security checks to ensure compliance with Information Protection process. Maintains control of COMSEC equipment. Accesses DISS/NISS/NBIS to review employee clearance status and verify visitor clearances. Creates outgoing Boeing visit notices for field office personnel to attend classified meetings Retrieves, transmits, and stores classified materials. Serves as site Emergency Focal for Fairborn; maintains Emergency Site plans This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years experience in an office administration role Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint and Teams Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars Experience coordinating and processing travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active Top Secret Clearance Experience with Boeing procurement tools such as SSPN Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources Team oriented attitude and working together focus Experience working with Concur or other similar expensing programs Experience working directly with DOD/US Government customers Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time
