Order Processing Representative

Full time, Try-Before-Hire opportunity Pay: $19 - $23/hour About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Representative to join our client's team. This role combines customer service, order entry, and administrative support to ensure smooth and accurate processing of customer orders from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain sales orders in SAGE 50, Access, and Excel. Verify pricing, lead times, and order details. Create and print shop paper, ID labels, and invoices. Handle order changes, remakes, cancellations, and customer inquiries. Compile reports on orders, shipments, and performance metrics. Assist with EOM and EOY reconciliations and other administrative tasks. Support shipping and other departments as needed. Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or manufacturing support preferred. 2+ years of related experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and SAGE 50. Knowledge of manufacturing or aluminum industry a plus. Why Join Us:
