What you'll accomplish with us
As a
Client Experience Representative , you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and written correspondence to resolve inquiries and provide policy information. Explain policy coverage and respond to customer questions and concerns. Identify requests that require escalation to other departments or management. Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate service logs. Update policies and maintain a working knowledge of company products. Uphold a positive demeanor in a high-volume call center environment. Conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and company standards. What could accelerate your success in this role
We're looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong phone and active listening skills. Stands out for their friendly, positive, and learning-oriented attitude. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Is recognized for their attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Has 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Types at a minimum of 35 WPM and can meet department KPIs within 6 months of hire. Why you'll love working with us
