This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills and proven expertise in leading change initiatives. The salary range for this position is $100k-140k. +10% bonus. The
Human Resources Director
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hands-on strategic leadership for the human resources department. Collaborate with leadership to understand goals, strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention. Plan, lead, develop and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives to support HR compliance. Director programs such as compensation, benefits, and leave. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices and management of talent. Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends. Monitor and ensure organizations compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Lead efficient administration of performance management process. Plan, direct and coordinate risk and insurance programs. Direct, oversee and administer employee benefit programs. Develop and implement departmental budgets. Ad hoc projects as needed. The

will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required. 5+ years of human resources experience. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program. Seniority level
