Join our team for a rewarding opportunity in Newport Beach, CA 92660. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a 4-month assignment, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Ensure a safe and professional environment at all times.
• Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing, adhering to established practices and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Exhibit organizational commitment and foster a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of working independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Exhibit excellent phlebotomy skills, including proficiency with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Show flexibility and availability to meet staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Educational and Certification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred and required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Experience Needed

• A minimum of 6 months of experience is required, with one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail or service environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry is essential.
