Execute daily tasks with precision and timeliness under the guidance of the area supervisor. Ensure a safe and professional environment at all times. Confidently perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing, adhering to established practices and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Exhibit organizational commitment and foster a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public. Essential Qualifications
Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting. Capable of working independently with minimal on-site supervision. Exhibit excellent phlebotomy skills, including proficiency with pediatric and geriatric patients. Show flexibility and availability to meet staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Educational and Certification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred and required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Experience Needed
A minimum of 6 months of experience is required, with one year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Prior customer service experience in a retail or service environment is advantageous. Proficiency in keyboard/data entry is essential.
