Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company developing one of the largest, first‑of‑its‑kind power generation and distribution projects in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Project Director and a multi‑state project management team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Director and project management team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Organize and take meeting minutes, tracking key actions and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, site meetings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Support onboarding of new team members and contractors
  • Manage document filing, SharePoint folders, and project communications
  • Assist with expense reports, procurement requests, and office supply management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting large projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or construction industry preferred
