Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company developing one of the largest, first‑of‑its‑kind power generation and distribution projects in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Project Director and a multi‑state project management team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Director and project management team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and take meeting minutes, tracking key actions and follow‑ups
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, site meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors
- Manage document filing, SharePoint folders, and project communications
- Assist with expense reports, procurement requests, and office supply management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting large projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or construction industry preferred
