power generation and distribution projects
in the United States. We are seeking a
highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant
to support the Project Director and a multi‑state project management team.

What You’ll Do
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Director and project management team
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence
Organize and take meeting minutes, tracking key actions and follow‑ups
Coordinate logistics for workshops, site meetings, and stakeholder engagements
Support onboarding of new team members and contractors
Manage document filing, SharePoint folders, and project communications
Assist with expense reports, procurement requests, and office supply management
Ensure compliance with company policies and project protocols
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting large projects
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office ,
SharePoint , and
Teams
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Prior experience in the
energy, utilities, or construction
industry preferred
