We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management at our Chicago headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed on time and in compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse facility.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and material handling.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in automotive, truck parts, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Forklift certification mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
