We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management at our Chicago headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy.
Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed on time and in compliance with company and customer requirements.
Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse facility.
Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and material handling.
Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to support business objectives.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency using KPIs and reporting tools.
Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in automotive, truck parts, or manufacturing industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
Forklift certification mandatory.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
