Warehouse Material Handler Hiring Immediately
We are looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our facility at Ryder in Pullman, IL. The position is full‑time, permanent, and will work a regular schedule.
Pay: $19.76 per hour + $2.00 shift differential

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Valid forklift operator’s license certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record
- Demonstrated accuracy and initiative, even under pressure
- Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and use health and safety methods
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule across various shifts
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
- Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading
- Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
- Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
- Perform other assigned duties as required
