What You Will Do
- Lead Quality functions within assigned work center(s) within the multi-platform process.
- Lead and/or participate in root cause analysis and CORE initiatives.
- Manage Quality specific metrics within work center.
- Be a leader among your peers related to Quality knowledge and processes.
- Actively pursue methods and process to improve overall Quality of our product.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with AS 9100 quality management systems or equivalent.
- Experience in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Experience with microelectronic fab, manufacturing and assembly.
- Experience with calibration of tools and equipment.
- Experience with both Excel and PowerPoint to create presentation.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working with external suppliers and mechanical inspection techniques.
- Knowledge and application of business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in supporting design and manufacturing processes and working within a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work with internal and external customers in efforts to reduce and eliminate quality defects.
- Hands on use of statistical process controls for process monitoring, qualification and/or design feedback.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and team with multiple internal functions and external organizations to provide best value solutions to our customers.
- Active DoD security clearance.
What We Offer

Salary: $59,000–$117,000 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and annual incentive programs. Employees may also be eligible for short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation, depending on role and collective‑bargaining agreement.
