The Role
As Gumloop's first Internal Recruiter, you'll source top talent, craft a great candidate experience, and build the systems that make hiring fast, transparent, and scalable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves matching great people to great opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, interviewing, and closing across key roles
- Work with the Head of Ops and founders to define role profiles and interview processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing
- Develop and improve recruiting operations and tools (Ashby, etc.)
- Craft clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect Gumloop's tone and values
- Track and report hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Help define our hiring brand and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proven ability to hire for both technical and GTM roles
- Strong sourcing skills and network across startups or SaaS companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you write outreach people want to respond to
- Bias for action, organization, and follow-through
- Enjoy working closely with teams in-office
- Refine and scale the recruiting function with full ownership
