This is a rare opportunity to shape how we hire and help scale a company people love to work at.

The Role As Gumloop’s first Internal Recruiter, you’ll source top talent, craft a great candidate experience, and build the systems that make hiring fast, transparent, and scalable.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and loves matching great people to great opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, interviewing, and closing across key roles

Work with the Head of Ops and founders to define role profiles and interview processes

Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing

Develop and improve recruiting operations and tools (Ashby, etc.)

Craft clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect Gumloop’s tone and values

Track and report hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement

Help define our hiring brand and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are

What You Bring

3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced tech environment

Proven ability to hire for both technical and GTM roles

Strong sourcing skills and network across startups or SaaS companies

Excellent written and verbal communication — you write outreach people want to respond to

Bias for action, organization, and follow-through

Enjoy working closely with teams in-office
