We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and placements. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for matching great talent with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for client positions.
  • Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Create and post compelling job ads across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview and selection process.
  • Negotiate offers, communicate hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively reach out to prospect clients and help with overall business growth within the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet placement goals.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
