Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our Provider & Clinic Ops team, focusing on provider hiring (physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants). You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding — while building lasting relationships with educational institutions and health networks to maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
Your work will directly impact the quality of care our patients receive by ensuring we hire compassionate, skilled providers aligned with our mission.

- Partner with clinical and operations leadership to understand hiring needs (physicians, NPs, MAs, etc.).
- Source and attract candidates through networks, schools, physician associations, conferences, and referral channels.
- Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess experience and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and coordination with hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers (salary, signing bonuses, benefits) aligned with budgets and market benchmarks.
- Oversee onboarding, including credentialing, compliance, and orientation.
- Maintain relationships with medical schools, NP programs, residency programs, and professional associations.
- Track recruiting metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance, pipeline health) and report to leadership.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or provider recruitment.
- Deep understanding of clinical roles (MDs, NPs, MAs) and credentialing/licensing processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring offers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruiting metrics.
- Established relationships with medical schools, NP programs, or clinical associations are highly preferred.
