Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and managing interview logistics.
• Partner with hiring managers internally to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Manage relationships with external recruiters
• Manage the campus recruitment program and broader junior talent strategy
• Drive performance management processes and mentor programs
• Collaborate with leadership to implement training and development initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, communication, and employee experience
• Maintain and evolve HR policies and documentation in line with legal and industry standards
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks and regulatory requirements
• Run the implementation of new HR systems, HR platforms or PEOs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP (strong preference for financial services, or broader professional services background - insurance, law, consulting, accounting etc).
• Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
