Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and managing interview logistics.
Partner with hiring managers internally to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Manage relationships with external recruiters
Manage the campus recruitment program and broader junior talent strategy
Drive performance management processes and mentor programs
Collaborate with leadership to implement training and development initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, communication, and employee experience
Maintain and evolve HR policies and documentation in line with legal and industry standards
Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks and regulatory requirements
Run the implementation of new HR systems, HR platforms or PEOs
Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP (strong preference for financial services, or broader professional services background - insurance, law, consulting, accounting etc).
Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
