LaSalle Network is partnered with a global medical equipment manufacturing company seeking a contract-to-hire Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting senior leadership. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Deerfield, IL, ideal for a detail-oriented, poised and proactive professional who excels at managing calendars, meetings, travel and communication at the highest level.

What’s the job?

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings and events
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports
• Draft and proofread emails, reports and presentation materials
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
• Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

What’s needed?

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior-level executives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
• Availability to work hybrid in Deerfield, IL
