We are searching for a Front Office Assistant to work in our Pet Segment, providing office support to fulfil our sales orders at our Sun Pet Location in Atlanta, GA. If your skills match the qualifications below, we invite you to apply for this position.

Shift Details

Monday-Thursday 11 am‑7 pm, Friday 8 am‑12 pm (hours may vary).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in printing route invoices.
  • Complete intercompany invoices.
  • Invoice employee purchases.
  • Send out customer statements.
  • Enter credit memos.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Great attendance.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule if necessary.
  • Ability to accept all assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Working Conditions

  • Able to sit for hours in an office environment.
  • May have to walk in the warehouse for tasks.
